Work on your technique and fitness amongst friends

If you're lucky enough to live in/near the Peak District, you're most welcome along to our weekly sessions in stunning settings...
S&C 6pm & Intervals 6:15-7:15pm
We start with an optional 15min of running-specific strength and conditioning, before heading out onto the hills for some technique drills and interval thrills! Suitable for all ages 8+ (families often attend together) and abilities (if you can jog for 10min continuous).


Wild Athletics 6-7pm
Suitable for all ages 5-15, get fitter and faster with Becky or develop fundamental running jumping and throwing skills with Joe. We're right on the doorstep of Chatsworth and Baslow Edge, so why not drop your kids and go for a run yourself while you wait?!
